If you've written some version of that post before — this program is for you.
The short version
Are you already this parent?
Tap everything that sounds like you. There's no wrong answer — it's a quick gut check before you spend two minutes on an application.
“If you already do most of this anyway, this might be for you.”
What it is
What is a Fibo Parent Ambassador?
Every Fibo studio has a few parents who are already the reason other families found us. This makes it official — and gives you something real in return.
A small group at each studio
We pick a handful of current Fibo parents at Brea, Tustin, Fountain Valley and Cypress. Not everyone who applies gets in, and that's the point.
A three-month term
You're an Ambassador for one term. At the end we either invite you back or hand the spot to another family, so it never becomes an obligation.
Your accounts, your words
You post from your account, in your voice, about your kid. You'll never be given passwords to Fibo's accounts or a script to read.
Not a job, not an influencer thing
No quotas. No weekly check-ins. No follower minimum. If you have 180 friends who all live within ten miles of the studio, you're perfect.
The role
What Ambassadors actually do
Mostly, keep doing what you're doing — with a stack of free-trial cards in your bag and a reason to mention us.
And what you never have to do
The trade
What you get
One clear benefit instead of a complicated point system.
A Welcome Kit at the front desk
Your reusable Ambassador badge, 50 free-trial cards printed with your own referral code, a one-page guide and your upload link. Picked up at your studio — nothing to ship or set up.
Cards teachers can use
A few Teacher Appreciation envelopes for your child's teacher, coach or troop leader — a small art-supply gift card, Fibo Young Artist certificates and trial cards for their families.
A bonus month, if it goes well
If three or more families you referred enroll and stay through their first month, we add a fourth month free for that child. One surprise, not a scoreboard.
The Ambassador discount applies to one child and replaces other discounts on that child's tuition rather than stacking with them. Siblings keep their normal rate.
The 3 months
How the three-month term works
Start to finish, here's every step. There isn't a fourth page of rules.
The one thing we do ask
One Ambassador Content Week
Once during your term, come to one approved class time, wear your badge and take a big batch of photos and video on your phone. Plan on 30–45 minutes. That's the whole commitment.
You shoot, we sort
Upload everything to the link in your kit — even the shots you're unsure about. We go through them and choose what gets posted. Nothing you send goes up without us reviewing it first.
You're not directing anything
Class runs exactly as normal and the teachers know you're coming. You're a parent in the room with a phone, not a production crew.
The red sticker: an easy way to opt out that day
Every Fibo family signs a photo release when they enroll — but on a Content Week day we make it even simpler. Red stickers sit at the reception desk. If you'd rather your family not appear in photos or video that day, just wear one. Ambassadors are asked to steer clear of anyone wearing a red sticker, and if someone with a sticker ends up in the background, we remove or blur them before anything is posted. No form, no conversation, no explanation needed.
Your cards
Free-trial cards with your name on them
The single most useful thing you'll carry. Hand them out at school pickup, at soccer, at birthday parties, to the mom who asks in the group chat.

Community
Teachers, schools and the rest of your world
A lot of our Ambassadors are room parents, PTA volunteers, team moms and dance-recital veterans. If that's you, we'll give you something worth handing over.
Young Artist certificates
A printable award a teacher can give any student who's proud of something they made. The back carries a free Fibo trial class.
A classroom thank-you
A small art-supply gift card for a teacher who's been good to your kid, delivered by you, from Fibo.
Trial cards for their families
Ten cards a teacher, coach or troop leader can pass along to families looking for something creative after school.
Ambassadors get a few of these per term. Nobody is expected to work a room — use them where they'd genuinely be welcome, and skip it if they wouldn't.
The fit
Who we're looking for
We'd rather be honest about this than have anyone sign up for something that turns out to be a chore.
This is probably you if…
This probably isn't you if…
